FUNCTION AND WARRANTY INFORMATION

All orthotics carry a warranty against defects in workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. Claims for adjustments due to lab error must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

EVA orthotic base materials carry a one (1) year warranty against abnormal breakdown. All other shell materials carry a two (2) year warranty against breakage. Top covers, additions and posts are not guaranteed as individual body chemistry, weight and activity levels will cause wear at varying rates.

Damage resulting from unintended use, use by anyone other than the prescribed patient, outgrowth, normal wear and tear and loss are not covered by this warranty. Orthotics are not to be placed in the dryer or exposed to temperatures more than 120°F. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the damaged device and an explanation of how the damage occurred. Modifications made to the device by the practitioner, prescribing clinic or other 3rd party void this warranty.

Spine Align Orthotics is not responsible for the orthotic treatment prescribed, including patient allergies, irritations or other effects, because this is a custom product which cannot be reused; therefore, we do not give refunds or account credits.
